The Art of Disobedience
The work of Public Image is an exploration of the mischievous, rebellious, and defiant side that lives in all of us.
I push back against the pressure to behave, to blend in, to be “appropriate.” My art invites people to explore the sides of themselves they’ve been told to hide — the raw, playful, provocative parts that make us human.
Owning or wearing a piece from Public Image isn’t just about aesthetics — it’s a declaration. It says you’re not afraid of being seen. You’re ready to break the rules, challenge opinions, and live life on your own terms — unapologetically and in full color.
The devilish characters that appear throughout my work are symbols — playful, colorful reflections of what it means to embrace your shadow with humor and lightness. There’s a lot of light in the dark, and exploring it should be joyful, not shameful.
At its core, Public Image asks:
What is your public image?
How different is it from the real you?
How often do your choices reflect your true self — and how often are they shaped by how you think you should be seen?
From small daily acts to major life decisions, my work challenges perception — inviting freedom, honesty, and defiance.
